Fulfillment & Terms Policy

These commercial terms govern the delivery, billing, and fulfillment of digital resources, strategic advisory services, and newsletter sponsorships provided by Chetan Mittal ("we", "our", or "us"), based in India.

1. Pricing, Currencies, & Invoicing Terms

• Currencies: Engagements for domestic clients in India are quoted and billed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Engagements for international clients are quoted and billed in US Dollars (USD / $) or agreed foreign currencies.
• Domestic Clients: Engagements for clients in India are quoted and billed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) with standard compliant invoicing.
• International Clients (Export of Services): International services are provided as export of services, routed through authorized banking channels.
• Payment Methods: Services and sponsorships are settled via direct electronic bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/SWIFT wire) or official invoice payment links.

2. Delivery & Fulfillment Terms

• Digital Guides, Toolkits, & Downloads: All free playbooks, frameworks, and tools are delivered digitally and instantly via Tally form confirmation or automated email upon submission.
• Executive Advisory & Strategic Engagements: Advisory services and positioning audits are delivered directly by Chetan Mittal under an agreed Scope of Work (SOW). Kickoff onboarding and scheduling links are issued within 1–2 business days of agreement confirmation. If an advisory call needs to be rescheduled, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ advance notice.
• Newsletter Sponsorships: Sponsorship slots are secured for specific Saturday publication dates upon creative review, mutual editorial approval, and invoice clearance.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Free Resources: Free digital downloads carry no fee and no ongoing obligation.
• Advisory & Strategic Consulting: Because advisory services represent bespoke strategy, customized preparation, and reserved calendar capacity, fees are non-refundable once discovery audit work has commenced or advisory hours have been delivered.
• Newsletter Sponsorships: Sponsorship reservations are non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed, as publication dates are strictly reserved and alternative advertisers turned away for that edition.

4. Disputes & Governing Law

If you have any questions or concerns regarding an invoice or delivery, please reach out directly to tsc@mcrglobal.in so we can resolve it promptly and amicably.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
